ISCA hosted its inaugural Conference from 19 to 20 May 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda. The event marked the official launch of ISCA as a platform for strategic security dialogue, enhanced collaboration, and the development of innovative, Africa-focused solutions to contemporary security challenges.
